Unfortunately, it is not so easily moved on as chalk indicate six left. The seventh night was much more strenuous and between three and fünf clock was so bad that I could only keep me awake through a long walk in the freezing cold. At five till eleven I was too tired to still make something productive. Therefore, I baked again and in between played PC. The first thing I thought I'd take Crysis on Delta difficulty.

The first time I got though not, or at least I do not know exactly, so they were probably not that bad, but the short sleep duration are probably not sufficient to fill the discs back to properly hydrated. This makes the back more sensitive and lays the groundwork for back pain. As countermeasures
I do now every day a few exercises to strengthen the back muscles. I just hope this helps, because the back pain are currently worse than tiredness.

The fourth night was a bit harder than the third, but I can occupy myself with good baking. This is sometimes the best thing to do to stay awake. The nights were yet all very tolerable. I do not know if this is because my body has gone through or whether I'm schonmal simply harder this time in business. Subjectively, I came the first time before any event, much much harder. Even with Konrad shows the same if not more, the big crash in the adaptation can go wrong for us any more.

The first day was easy. The first nap at 3:00 clock on 19 I could not fall asleep, but already the second one was quite relaxing. The other Naps were on average quite well, I think because I benefit from the experience that my body has been with the Naps. Obviously, I'm half asleep and the alarm raised anew hung a nap to it. That's not bad as long as it remains under 90 minutes.

The day was over now well and I was able to work productively.

was the third night I first slept through anything. After about 90 minutes I woke up to the happiness of their own. Obviously, I'm eye were half asleep and have issued the alarm.

I'm hopefully back in control of my mental and physical strength when I am pushed forward to the laptop.   • before a Nap If I'm not tired enough, I read until the sleep pressure is high enough. If I am very tired, I'm a little walk, which keeps you awake, but the cycle turns a not totally.
  • Nap Before I air the bedroom.

Many readers have wondered how long I actually slept polyphasic have and whether I might still do. After Überman I have full five months, slept without interruption. I also felt more healthy and fit. Canceled

I then forcibly. Because of my participation in the WSOP Main Event 2010 in Las Vegas, it was not possible for two weeks to carry out the sleep system. After so long the adjustment is over and of course I would have to start all over again. This I did first, a little motivation and the time. Then began my studies. Middle of it I wanted to do to adapt not there. Today I wrote my last exam for the semester and thus begins the semester break for me. What are bones anyway?
bones are living, supporting mineralized tissues of the body. The bone tissue is built in a continuous, broken down (resorbed) and restored again. In this process two cell types are involved: first, the osteoblast cells - produce new bone, on the other hand, the osteoclasts - cells that resorb bone back to the previously constructed. Old bones are brittle and can break easily. Old bone is resorbed by the osteoclasts. This is replaced by, produced by osteoblasts, new bone. Compact bone (ie bone) in the arms and legs has an average life of seven years. The more porous, lighter and shorter bones of the spine, heel, and the ends of long bones have an average lifespan of two years. C. With menopause the ovaries produce not enough estrogen. This leads to a moderate increase in osteoclastic bone resorption, which in turn drives the osteoporosis. Now, if estrogen is given, the advanced bone loss can be mitigated. This effect of estrogen can not reverse the bone loss. Also has this effect of estrogen only 3-5 years and therefore has only a minor impact on the all osteoporotic process. The main reason for osteoporosis is inadequate bone structure due to lack of progesterone. Osteoporosis can not be undone - unless there is sufficient progesterone offered.

What about other treatments?
A. Synthetic progesterone
Many progesterone-like drugs (known as progestins or progestogens) are made from progesterone, testosterone, synthesized or otherwise. They are all in comparison to natural Progesterone inferior and have unwanted side effects - some of them dangerous. Therefore, these drugs should not be used.

These drugs reduce the function of osteoclasts, reducing bone resorption. This results over time (after about two years of operation) to a modest increase in bone mass. However, these old bones accumulated no good quality bone, leading to increased hip fractures in the third and fourth year of application. These drugs are expensive and complicated to use. Moreover, their long-term toxicity is still unknown.
C. Salmon calcitonin
people produce the hormone calcitonin in the thyroid. However, patients develop a thyroid removal no worse osteoporosis than women with intact thyroid gland. Osteoporosis is not caused by Calcitoninmangel disease. Nevertheless Calcitoninspritzen stimulate bone formation, and are in Paget's disease, a rare bone disease, is indicated.
The drug is extracted from the pineal gland of salmon. If there are people injecting it comes to a momentary formation of new bone.
